Compensation includes $17.00–$20.00 per hour plus unlimited commission (up to 8%). Hours are typically 9AM–6PM, with Sundays often closed; benefits include earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and a range of medical dental and vision coverage.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
