FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Ohio to deliver friendly customer service, assist with pawn and loan inquiries, and help maintain a compliant shopping environment.

This role offers hourly pay from $11 to $14 plus unlimited commission, with typical hours from 9 AM to 6 PM and some Sundays closed; Earned Wage Access and employee discounts start day one. You’ll greet customers, process sales and loan activity accurately, manage merchandise on the floor,

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided (where applicable).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
