FirstCash is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Toledo, OH. Earn $12.00–$15.00 per hour plus commission on top of wages. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with sales, loans, and pawn services, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
