Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Ponca City, OK seeks Print Supervisors to lead a team in delivering total print solutions and excellent customer service. You will supervise daily operations, coach associates, and drive sales with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You’ll partner with customers to understand needs, offer creative print options, and use in-store tools to grow relationships. This role requires flexibility and a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced retail environment.

Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs


• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities


• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)

• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues


• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs


• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment


• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner


• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information


• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
