Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead a team in selling total print solutions and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will drive customer engagement, coach associates on service excellence and total solutions, and leverage Salesforce to grow relationships while maintaining community focus. This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience directing a team and supervising others.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfort with computers and basic office software (Word, email).
• Retail or service industry background preferred.

Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs

• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities

• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)

• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues

• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
