Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead a team in selling total print solutions and helping customers achieve print and marketing goals. You will foster a collaborative, fast-paced, store-friendly environment with a focus on service and profitability.

In this role you will coach associates, manage daily priorities, and leverage Salesforce to grow customer relationships. A flexible schedule and physical duties are part of the job in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to lift/move materials as part of duties.

• Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues

• Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customers to understand their needs

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
