Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, serving as brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful connections with customers, understanding their needs, and educating them on device and service solutions. This role is foundational, focusing on skill development and preparation for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales: Assist customers in-store and online, demonstrate technology, and provide personalized solutions while maintaining composure, integrity, and compassion.
2. Digital Tools & Training: Use digital resources to showcase coverage, plans, and services, and continuously learn about wireless innovations and store systems.
3. Team Collaboration: Partner with other T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolve issues, and support team initiatives.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Hourly Pay: $19.00/hour. During training, incentives are available, and upon promotion to Mobile Expert, an annual incentive target of $18,000 applies. All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour including incentives.
