Job Overview

Step into a support role as a Steve & Kate’s Seasonal Customer Relationship Specialist at Bright Horizons. In this position, you will provide exceptional service to customers, supporting one of Bright Horizons' divisions such as full-service child care, Back-Up Care Advantage, College Coach, or EdAssist.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, including reservations, scheduling, and research on customer needs.
  • Make outgoing calls to confirm reservations, schedule appointments, and share research results.
  • Educate customers on Bright Horizons' services, policies, and procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer needs via phone, chat, or email.
  • Manage work queues, follow performance standards, and assist escalated customers.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to learn new systems; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Additional Information
