Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present credible product solutions to meet satisfaction standards.
• Oversee ad sets and visual merchandising within the department.
• Supervise freight flow, cycle counts, and asset tracking via inventory control.
• Assist staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure capable associates.
• Provide coaching to ensure sales presentation and desired results.
• Lead open/close procedures and act as floor leader when managers are absent.
• Support loss prevention and assist with physical inventory preparation.
• Collaborate with Regional HR for policy adherence when needed.
