Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a retail associate to act as the frontline contact for customers, maintain plan-o-grams, and stock merchandise while ensuring smooth store operations.

You will greet customers, process transactions, assist with locating items, restock, and help with unloading trucks and setting up displays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with basic math and cash handling skills required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and scanner, itemize and total purchases, bag merchandise.
• Collect payment and make change.
• Restock and rotate merchandise on shelves, stockroom, and floor.
• Assist with unloading trucks and setting up displays as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with company policies.
