StrongHouse is seeking a Retail Sales Marketer in Massachusetts to generate high-quality leads and build brand awareness through events, outreach, and big-box retailers. You will excel at face-to-face engagement, exceed lead targets, and report to the Territory Field Marketing Manager.

You’ll set up booths, capture customer information, schedule appointments, and act as a brand ambassador delivering clear messaging while maintaining a branded presence and professional conduct.

Position Summary

The Retail Sales Marketer is responsible for generating high-quality leads and building brand awareness through direct customer engagement at events, outreach, and big-box retail locations. This role requires an energetic, outgoing individual who excels at face-to face interaction and customer engagement. Responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals administered by the Territory Field Marketing Manager.

Compensation
  • Hourly base pay of $18–$20, based on experience, plus bonus structure
