Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Store Manager to lead Lancaster showroom operations, train staff, schedule shifts, and supervise sales associates to maximize performance. You will set monthly goals, coach the team, monitor progress, and ensure attractive merchandising and customer engagement.

The role requires a proven track record in high-volume retail leadership, strong communication, and an associate degree or higher. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and events is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume retail management.
• Professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and development skills.
• Proven track record of sales success in retail.
• Associates degree or greater preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule shifts, and supervise sales associates.
• Coordinate showroom operations and establish goals for the team.
• Set objectives and direct sales associates to meet monthly targets.
• Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve objectives.
• Monitor daily performance and compare with weekly goals.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, signage and store layout.
