Raymour & Flanigan in Abington Showroom is seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee sales, operations and financial performance. You will train, develop and coach a high-performing sales team while coordinating showroom activities to meet and exceed goals.

The role demands strong communication, organizational skills, and a proven track record in revenue-driven retail environments. Flexibility for nights, weekends and events is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in retail management in a high volume environment.
• Professional leader with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Desire to succeed within a revenue-driven atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of sales associate performance, sales, operations and financial performance and implement goals.
• Train and develop a high performing sales team.
• Coordinate showroom operation by establishing goals for sales consultants.
• Set objectives, plan, organize, and direct sales associates to meet objectives.
• Coach sales consultants to establish monthly goals and develop action plans.
• Monitor consultant performance against monthly objectives.
• Maximize merchandising through displays, signage, and floor layout.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and development to motivate teams.
• Assist sales consultants in selling process and enhance customer experience.
• Perform additional functions as needed by management.
