Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, empower your team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Collaborate with industry leaders and senior management to foster an entrepreneurial mindset. Manage daily operations, promote a vibrant store culture, and contribute to our mission of retail excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
  • Oversee all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and profitability.
  • Implement sales initiatives and strategies to enhance store performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards.
  • Support team development through coaching and performance management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Adjust staffing as needed to meet business needs.
  • Manage profit and loss, and safeguard company assets.
  • Create and maintain staff schedules within labor budgets.
  • Oversee inventory management through regular stock audits.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Training teams.

What You Need
