Job Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Oversee all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
• Drive sales initiatives and implement new strategies to enhance store performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
• Support team growth through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to guide your team effectively.
• Adjust staffing as needed to meet business needs.
• Manage profit and loss for the store while safeguarding assets.
• Create and maintain staff schedules within labor budgets.
• Oversee inventory management through regular stock audits.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Training teams to stay ahead of industry trends.

What You Need

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
• 2-4 years in sales and sales management
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor

Licenses And Certifications
