The company is seeking a Retail Sales Manager based in Atlanta, GA. This entry-level remote role involves leading efforts in stores to achieve product distribution, display execution, and revenue goals in the market. The role focuses on the Top 100 accounts in the territory and involves collaboration with distributor partners. It reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Main Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute innovation launches, retail programs, and market blitzes.
2. Sell the Vita Coco portfolio at the account level, achieving KPIs on cases, displays, and distribution.
3. Utilize VIP Karma for account management and scheduling.
4. Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and underperforming accounts.
5. Collaborate with the Distributor Sales team and share best practices.
6. Develop relationships with retail accounts and open new ones to expand brand presence.
7. Communicate retail execution progress and follow-up needs with relevant managers.
8. Optimize product placement and display in stores.
9. Audit account execution and measure success after visits.
10. Support marketing activities in the field as needed.

Qualifications

1. 0-2 years of sales or distributor experience, preferably in Food & Beverage or CPG.
2. Ability to lift 10-35 pounds and own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
3. Ability to stand, walk, and reach overhead for extended periods.
4. Willingness to travel between accounts daily.
5. Creative and strategic approach to account management.
6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
