Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent and 3–5+ years retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Proven planning, coaching, and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive business metrics and lead the store to success through leadership and accountability.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and suggest relevant outdoor lifestyle solutions.
• Enforce safe store practices and company standards in daily operations.
• Determine product and service needs by working with customers directly.
• Recommend add-ons to increase average transaction value.
• Provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.
• Communicate progress to customers and maintain engagement.
• Recruit, hire, and coach associates to achieve goals.
• Evaluate and train staff to ensure high performance.
• Plan merchandising and schedules around seasonal trends per planograms.
