Job summary

Camping World in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Manager who will drive business success by leading accounting, operations, compliance, and profitability with the highest integrity. You will manage the store team, coach associates, schedule workloads, and merchandise for seasonal trends while adhering to company standards.

You’ll connect with customers, assess their needs, suggest solutions, and pursue add-on sales to raise transaction value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and/or 3–5+ years retail management experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to travel occasionally.
• Excellent oral and written communication and leadership skills.
• Able to coach direct reports and build a capable team.
• Proficient with Windows-based systems and store software.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs and exposure to seasonal merchandising.
