Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team, upholding O’Neill’s service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Train and develop associates to ensure outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• Provide real-time coaching and set clear, attainable goals to motivate associates and drive engagement.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and ensure adherence to company policies.
