La Jolla Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Store Leadership Team in delivering a best-in-class guest experience at our San Diego location. You will oversee daily operations, train and motivate associates, and drive calendar sales through strong coaching and visual execution.

In this role you champion the company values, manage performance, and ensure safety and asset protection while maintaining O’Neill brand standards and guest-first service.

• Oversee visual and operational standards, shipments, merchandising and stockroom readiness.
