Warby Parker in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will influence service standards, assist with onboarding and training, and help shape store operations while partnering with Store Leader and leadership teams.

You will manage daily scheduling, inventory, and performance reviews, ensuring a positive, inclusive environment and top performance. A hands-on leader with a passion for glasses and retail is a must.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with 1+ year in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Managerial experience in sales or operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Eager to learn new skills.
• Positive, empathetic team player.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for our point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes that improve service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead shift start/end meetings and roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and model great service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews with leadership.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
