Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and operational support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive and maximize store sales, control shrink, and manage payroll within budget to meet goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-friendly environment with strong product knowledge.
• Implement and maintain guest service standards and merchandising presentations.
• Monitor inventory levels and follow up on sales performance through reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
