Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and operational support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive and maximize store sales, control shrink, and manage payroll within budget.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, knowledgeable environment for guests.
• Maintain merchandising standards, displays, signage, and inventory levels.
• Monitor sales performance through reports and ensure policy and safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
