Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and operational support to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive and maximize store sales, control payroll within budget to achieve store goals.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing a customer-friendly environment.
• Maintains all merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards and monitors inventory levels.
• Ensures proper completion through follow-up and assists in monitoring sales performance.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures and follows all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
