Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and operational support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive and maximize store sales, control shrink and payroll within budget to meet store goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and greet and assist every guest.
• Implement and maintain guest service standards.
• Maintain merchandising standards, displays, signing and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow up to ensure tasks are completed; analyze sales reports to monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
