Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• 3 years of retail experience with supervisory or lead role (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and operational support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive and maximize store sales, control shrink and payroll within budget.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and greet every guest.
• Maintain merchandising and signing standards and monitor inventory.
• Ensure proper follow-up and analyze sales performance.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
