Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail store functional management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with supervisors, staff, factories, vendors and managers to ensure service levels.
• Aim to meet the division's profit plan through accurate sales, margins and expenses.
• Lead trade shows, schedule meetings, coordinate reps and plan trade show logistics.
• Provide market insight on trends and opportunities.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer service issues.
