Job summary

Cavco Industries is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by selling manufactured homes to builders, developers, and retailers in the region. You will develop new relationships and expand business with existing customers, while ensuring profitability and market responsiveness.

You will lead trade shows, schedule sales meetings, coordinate reps, and provide market insights. A bachelor's in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field and 3–5 years of retail management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail store functional management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through developing new customer relationships and expanding business with existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to promote responsive service.
• Focus on achieving the profit plan for assigned division to ensure profitability.
• Develop key account relationships.
• Lead organization and attend trade shows; schedule sales meetings and coordinate reps.
