You will travel within the region, build relationships with retailers and community managers, perform demonstrations, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve regional targets. This growth-focused position offers a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote manufactured housing products within the assigned region.
• Engage prospective customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual consultations to assess needs and present tailored housing solutions.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, community managers, and other industry partners to expand market reach.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase the features and benefits of manufactured homes.
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing regional market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales lifecycle from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate with regional teams to achieve sales goals, share insights, and support marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
