Regional Manager, US Distribution Sales, Southeast

Overview

Apply for the remote position of Regional Manager, US Distribution Sales, Southeast. Location options include Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; and Orlando, FL. This is a full-time role posted recently with the requisition ID R-13409.

Role Summary

As a Distribution Regional Manager – Southeast for Husqvarna Construction, you will manage and generate profitable sales within designated channels through strategic planning and regional customer base expansion. Your leadership will be vital in driving regional sales growth and maintaining our competitive edge.

Residency Requirement: Must reside in Atlanta, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Orlando, Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Management of Department (60%)
    • Structure sales territories based on market potential
    • Coordinate business reviews and product training
    • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
    • Ensure training on CFS and CRM systems
    • Recruit, develop, and retain talent
    • Build strong relationships with customers and team members
    • Perform quarterly ride-alongs with direct reports
  2. Business Management (30%)
    • Monitor budgets and forecast regional product categories
    • Present at quarterly business reviews
    • Engage with major customers and analyze market conditions
    • Manage sales promotions and product/service improvements
  3. Administrative Tasks (10%)
    • Maintain CRM records and monitor usage
    • Approve expenses and monitor vehicle stock
    • Communicate across departments and monitor expenses
    • Provide KPI updates quarterly
