Job summary

N C Machinery Co. in Anchorage seeks a Retail Sales Manager to lead and develop the inside sales team, driving revenue growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences across Alaska’s machinery equipment territory.

You will coach ISRs, align team goals with dealer and manufacturer expectations, and collaborate on plans to support long‑term success while monitoring performance metrics and guiding budgeting decisions.

About The Opportunity

We’re excited to introduce a new leadership position within our Anchorage team. As a Retail Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and developing our inside sales team while driving revenue growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences across Alaska’s machinery equipment territory.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a leader with a passion for sales and team development. While experience in heavy equipment or machinery is valuable, we also welcome candidates with strong sales leadership backgrounds in related industries such as construction, industrial products, transportation, or business‑to‑business sales.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfort working with performance data and business metrics

Education & Experience

A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience in sales leadership, team development, or business management will be considered. We value demonstrated capability, drive, and leadership potential.
