The Buckle, Inc. is offering a Sales and Management Intern position in Corpus Christi, TX. The intern will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business, perform sales and merchandising tasks, and participate in customer service and store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, assisting with merchandise, and supporting loss prevention and daily POS procedures. The program emphasizes hands‑on leadership development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training necessary.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, locate, and help Guests obtain merchandise based on needs.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and store operations as directed by management.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies.
