Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an energetic Sales and Management Intern to support customer service, merchandising, and store operations in Kansas City. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and develop leadership skills through hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, maintaining displays, and learning POS procedures while contributing to a positive team environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Retail internship or coursework is a plus.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS and register procedures accurately and efficiently.
