Job summary

Buckle in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations, customer service, merchandising and basic management tasks under the Store Manager.

You will gain hands-on experience in sales, visual display, POS procedures, and teamwork while pursuing a Bachelor's degree; this part-time internship provides real exposure to Buckle’s retail business and guest experience.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• No prior experience required.
• Interest in long-term commitment with Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandising, cashiering and store operations as directed by management.
• Open and close cash registers, balance drawers and follow POS procedures.
• Support team with sales goals and guest assistance throughout the store.
