FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Florida. The role offers $16.00 – $19.00 per hour plus unlimited commission.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan services, process transactions accurately, and maintain store presentation. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule. Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales and product inquiries.
• Assist customers with pawn and short-term loan services, explaining terms and processing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to aid buying decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
