FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Florida. The role focuses on greeting customers, assisting with sales and pawn/loan services, and maintaining an organized sales floor.

You will handle transactions, evaluate merchandise, and ensure a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced environment. We offer hourly pay with commission up to 8%, excellent hours (9AM–6PM, Sundays closed), earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
