Job summary

FirstCash Pawn is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Abilene, TX. Earn $12.50–$15.50 per hour plus unlimited commission and benefits.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn loan inquiries, process transactions, and keep the sales floor organized while complying with policies and training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach to sales and inquiries.
• Experience with pawn/short-term loans is a plus.
• Comfort with handling cash and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and inquiries.
• Explain terms of pawn and loan services to customers.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buying/selling decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
