Cash America Pawn in Cleveland, TN is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and merchandise inquiries, and ensure a smooth, customer‑focused experience. You’ll earn $13.00–$16.00 per hour plus unlimited commission.

Hours are typically 9AM–6PM with some locations closed Sundays; role requires 18+, ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and basic math and checkout skills.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
