Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for Cash America Pawn in Fort Worth, TX. You will greet customers, assist with sales, pawns, and product inquiries, and help maintain a clean, organized shop floor.

This role offers hourly pay between $10.00 and $14.00 plus commission, with earned wage access, employee discounts, and a 401(k) auto-enrollment after six months. Flexible weekends and holidays included.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (FFL locations; certification provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
