Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern for our Kansas City, KS store. The role centers on delivering legendary guest service, merchandising, and daily store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business, develop leadership skills, and participate in recruiting, training, and performance tasks.

This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, guest relations, and team collaboration, with a path toward future managerial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Interest in retail management and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and build guest relationships.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and policies.
• Assist with upselling, shelf displays, and POS transactions.
• Support management in day-to-day store operations.
