Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in Kansas City, MO, to support a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under store management. The role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and hands-on learning about Buckle’s retail operations.

The internship includes responsibilities across sales generation, guest service, recruiting and training support, and daily store operations, with opportunities to develop leadership and merchandising skills in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and no prior experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness to guests.
• Willingness to learn Buckle processes and internship duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; help locate items.
• Assist with merchandising: displays, pulls, and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Open/close cash registers and balance cash drawer; follow cash-handling procedures.
• Develop understanding of Buckle’s retail business and management expectations.
