Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete Buckle Management Manual sections on Teammate Orientation, Beginning Leadership, Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring.
• Provide weekly reports to Area Manager and District Manager.
• Develop understanding of Buckle products, sales presentation and merchandising process.
• Put knowledge into action by managing a product category and setting sales goals.
• Lead and motivate the team via Performance Tracker; examples include denim, tops, accessories, shoes.
• Develop recruiting, merchandising and leadership skills.
• Participate in monthly conference calls.
• Take ownership of internship assignments and duties.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and contribute to a positive team spirit.
