Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in Fairview Heights, IL for a part-time, on-site role. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, including cashiering, displays and routine cleaning, working closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and management expectations.

The position offers a pay range of $15-$18 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth as specified in the intern program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Assist with cashiering, merchandising and store operations as directed.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and leadership development.
• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment to meet sales goals.
