Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations, merchandising, and guest service. The role emphasizes learning Buckle’s retail business by working closely with the Store Manager to excel in management and customer interactions.

The position offers on-site work, a pay range of $17 to $20 per hour, base rate plus commission, and comprehensive benefits described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Lead and motivate the team in the Sales area with a focus on customer service.
