Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations, merchandising, and guest service while learning the fundamentals of retail management.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s approach to customer experience, sales, and leadership development, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced team environment. A Bachelor's degree pursuit and no prior experience required support the role, with a path toward long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training required.
• Interested in a long-term commitment; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales, merchandising and store operations to fulfill Buckle’s mission.
• Provide legendary guest service and support sales goals.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and development activities for teammates.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Support internship duties, progress reporting, and team leadership activities.
