Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, run LOD shifts, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at Fashion Valley. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving KPI results and representing our Guest First culture with integrity.

You’ll also lead visual and operational initiatives, ensure safety and asset protection standards, and uphold AEO Brand Standards in daily tasks.
