Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos, is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for Brookfield Center. You will drive daily store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, coach and develop associates, and ensure a memorable in-store shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include motivating teams, optimizing floor coverage, overseeing checkout, merchandise flow, and omni-channel initiatives while upholding brand standards and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• Years of Experience: 1
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers)
• Availability includes nights, weekends, and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales
• Provide in-the-moment coaching for floor operations and service
• Collaborate with Store Management on performance feedback
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy
• Execute action plans to optimize results
• Oversee daily store operations and coverage
