Staples, Inc. in New York is seeking Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You and the store team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions. Hiring immediately.

Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion, and own weekly sales and merchandising activities. Flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments delivering customer service and sales.
• Ability to coach a team and supervise others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Remain available and support an engaging environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Peer coach team on behaviors to win, delivering great customer service and results.
