KnitWell Group is seeking a part-time Sales Lead for Store 0947-The Waterfront Town Center-ANN-Homestead, PA. You will support and role model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates while partnering with the Store Manager to ensure store excellence.

Ideal candidates have retail sales or management experience, strong communication, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help maintain standards and drive a positive, inclusive team environment.

Qualificações

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to learn store functions and step in as manager when needed.
• Onboard and develop an engaged, high-performing team.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Utilize tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable store environment.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to associates to enhance performance.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas to support the team.
• Keep informed on company priorities and promotions to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences.
