Job summary

LOFT in Charleston, SC is seeking a Sales Lead who will model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates to deliver personalized service. You will work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and step in as manager when needed, ensuring brand standards and a seamless omnichannel experience.

You’ll focus on coaching, onboarding, and developing a highly engaged team while maintaining visual and operational excellence to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates; ensure everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
• Step into the manager role when needed and maintain seamless operations.
